1. General Terms
- All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued, regardless of weather conditions, lineup changes, or other reasons.
- Lineup and event details are subject to change without notice.
- Tickets, passes, and merchandise are non-transferable and must be used by the person whose name is listed on the ticket or pass.
- This is a 21+ event. No one under 21 will be admitted. Valid state photo ID or government-issued passport is required. Expired IDs will not be accepted.
- Attendees may be subject to a physical search upon entry to the venue. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed.
- No backpacks or large carry items are permitted inside the venue.
- Micky’s reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone or remove anyone who acts in a disorderly manner or violates any rules.
- Arrive early for the best service. Micky’s is not responsible for late arrivals.
2. Ticketing and Passes
- Tickets and passes guarantee entry but do not permit re-entry (no ins/outs).
- You must present your ticket to be admitted and your pass to access any designated areas such as the Meet & Greet Zone.
- Tickets and passes cannot be resold or transferred. Unlawful resale (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
- Tickets or passes may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without formal written authorization from Micky’s. Unauthorized use of Micky’s trademarks or intellectual property is prohibited.
3. Merchandise Sales
- All merchandise sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are only available for defective items within 30 days of purchase.
- Availability of merchandise is subject to change without notice.
- Unauthorized resale of merchandise is prohibited.
4. Event-Specific Terms
- Events are subject to venue capacity limits. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee immediate entry in cases of high demand or unforeseen circumstances.
- Meet & Greet Zone access is limited and may be subject to additional terms.

- Micky’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- By attending events, you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
